shopping cart order options layout

I have a product (workshop) that needs ordering option dates and a text area that will allow customers to indicate where they have taken previous trainings.


It displays on the shopping cart like this:


I would like the descriptive text to be right above the text area, not the option menu, like this:


Is this possible in Shopsite Manager 8.3, and how?

Not in ShopSite Manager, but in ShopSite Pro v8.2 and newer there is a separate setting for the header for the Customer Text Entry field as well as row and column settings to control the size of it.
