location of template for packing slip

Can someone tell me where I can locate the file that displays the html for the packing slip?

There is no template for it. You can configure a header and footer for the screen under Orders > Configure.

Actually, all I would like to do is enlarge the font size. Is there a CSS file I could access?

There is no style definition in the page. So you could just put your CSS in the header section and it would affect everything that comes after it.

I tried this, but most of the font size formatting is being controlled by automatically generated in-line styles, such as:

<font size=2><b>Bill To:</b></font>

Being an in-line style, that designation will override any sizes I indicate.
