Missing CR_Default template?

I need to find this so I can incorporate the fields into a different design.

Either I don't have it or I can't find it.

Where is your store hosted? Some hosts may not be including all ShopSite provided templates.

What version of ShopSite are you using? If 8.2 or later go to Merchandising > Custom Templates > Advanced. At the bottom of the screen is the section for Customer Registration templates. Click on the Copy ShopSite Template and the template should be shown there so you can copy it to your local directory.

In version 8.1 and prior you would go to Merchandising > Custom Templates > and in the Customer Registration section use the Copy ShopSite Template to copy it to your directory so you can edit it.

If you can't find it the using the above methods you could get a demo store from shopsite.com and copy the template using the above methods and then copy the text from the template to a new template in your store. You might also need to copy some include files if the template uses any.

It's not there - that's where I expected it to be, but it was not there.

How would I get a demo store?

I can't believe there is not a standard copy of this in existence anywhere?

I contacted our hosting company. There was an issue with the confirmation page template. If your site does not store orders at all (in any payment form) that's probably the issue. Skip the confirmation page or choose a different template.

cr_default is a customer registration template. It has nothing to do with the confirmation screen which is part of the shopping cart template..

Can you explain what you are trying to do that is a problem? Also where is your store hosted?
