installing a payment option not already in shopsite..

Hey!

We just registered with Cardia (www.cardia.no), but we understand nothing about how we intsall this payment thing...

It lets us accept payments via visa and mastercard and has gateway included.

I set up a demoshop to test this, but i have no clue how to even try it. I am not an advanced programmer. I surfed the web for a step by step guide but no such thing.

But how on earth do we install this thing in shopsite.. Any pointers would be awesome..

They had a guide, but it was completey not understandable..

If the payment gateway is not listed in the ShopSite help it cannot be implemented in ShopSite. You could use the Manual credit card mode and process your orders through the gateways terminal interface but ShopSite will not be able to work directly with the gateway.

How do I do that? I mean, how does that work ...processing the orders through the gateways terminal interface? If you could explain. I mean, the card number etc is not stored completely, so how would i do it?

Oh, and I personally looked at Worldpay but when registering, i was allowed to choose my country, but I HAD to choose a state. Doesn't make sense. SO i cant go through with registering. Also, they do not reply to emails, so I am kind of stuck..
