I'm starting to think it has something to do with the flexi-build file which is shared by several themes, like the Lights theme. Any ideas?

Thnaks for the reply Jim! I checked the video tutorial but I don't see all those options in my configuration page. I just have Shipping by Weight, shipping by currency, flat shipping or none. I can't find those options you mention. I'm running shop site starter.

It's me again. I'm rather new at this and I'm just setting up a very simple store with 4 or 5 products of different sizes. My question is: How do I assign different shipping rates to each product depending on its size?
