I'm running Shopsite on a windows 2003 server.
Can someone tell me how CGI is handled?
We get a lot of cgi errors during checkout and I have got to find a fix for it. One of our customer says she gets it everytime she places an order.

I am getting lambasted on this issue from our distributors. I switched to Shopsite in order to make things easier. It's certainly easier and much quicker for us to process orders using ShopSite than before.

You are able to download the customers name and email within ShopSite.
Under Commerce setup, click Customer Registration, and then the download button.
