You are correct that there appears to be a problem with the Chrome browser. We have tried it in Firefox and it is working. We will look into it.

Unless you have fixed shipping costs it will be impossible to know the cost for each shopper. Typically, the shipping will depend on the shopper's address, where the product is being shipped from, and the number of products in the cart.
