I've tried the shipping by weight option, but it doesn't really do what I want.

I'm looking for a solution that will print a shipping option of "Free Ground Shipping!" for orders under a certain weight, but then as the order goes above that, the Free Shipping option simply disappears.

With the ...

that's a lot of fours

This is definitely possible - you can do it with CSS, using an unordered list. Our site makes extensive use of drop-down menus and other types of menus. Check out http://www.wardrobesupplies.com/ to see what I mean, then just Google "CSS Dropdowns" for plenty of good info and tutorials on the making ...

third

I third this request (and the motion carries!). I'm always trying to creatively search to list the exact products that I want.

Also, being able to list by template would be huge.

Flat rate shipping below a certain weight?

Is there a custom shipping addon that would allow me to charge orders a flat rate for shipping up to a certain weight?

We sell quite a few small items that weigh almost nothing, and we're losing business in situations where people want a $5 shoe shine but UPS ground is almost $7. There's not a way ...

Demo Stores seem like just what we'll be looking for. Obviously, we know our credit card processor works, but as far as how we'll be managing products & pages on a store based off Joomla, we'll need time to figure out.

Thanks for the info - now we'll figure out the timeline (there's no way I can do ...

Testing Server for Shopsite

Hi everybody-

I'm involved with shoehardware.com , and we're considering a major redesign. The site has been up for about two years, so it feels like time, and the owners are agitating for something "fresher" and more dynamic. Cool.

We've talked about Joomla and the "order anywhere" options in ...

I'm running Shopsite Pro version 8.2.1.

If this is a feature of 9.0+, we'll probably be upgrading soon.

Thanks for the reply.

sort/search by template?

I'd like to be able to list my products by their templates in the back-office - is there a way to do this?

I understand that, and I'm only interested in the Cart cross-sell at the moment. I've enabled it and everything is working great. What I'd like to do is add a page as a cross-sell item. Rather than adding 50 individual brushes, I'd like to add a link to the "Brushes" page instead. I grabbed a ...

Can I cross-sell a page?

I've got lots of shoe paints online, and to get the best results, you need Preparer, Deglazer and Finisher at least. You also (sort-of obviously) need brushes. Thing is, I'd like to make the whole line of brushes available, but we've got like 50 brushes. With 50 brushes and 6 or 8 deglazer/preparer ...

You can use the international address as the shipping address and specify a different (your own, for example) address for the billing address.
That's what I've done, so I'm at the "hope it works" stage. I find myself here more frequently than I'd like, but it usually works out.

Thanks for your ...

I want to test the order all the way through my CC processor to make sure that I'm passing the correct information from Shopsite to the Gateway and that I'm not setting customers up for some un-anticipated error message. That's all. Maybe I'm being paranoid.

Re: Problem with Products that were uploaded

it gives me this error:

I don't like that it's trying to update a .jpg file. It seems like maybe there's a typo (a missing close-quote is my guess here) somewhere that's ...

Excel or even Access will be a good answer here, I think. Works just isn't up to the task of being useful in a business environment, in my experience.

If you use a header row and put in the appropriate data beneath it, it's relatively easy to import everything you want (Names, Prices, appropriate ...
