yes...I have double and triple checked all of the places to turn it on.

I am trying to set up a Buy 5 Get 1 Free reward on my site and can't get it to work.

I have a qualifying category and a reward category.

When I add products to the shopping cart there is no message about the rewards and it does not automatically discount the 6th item.

Please help

I currently have my shopsite set up to offer free shipping for orders over $250.

Many of the items I sell require an addition handling charge.

Is there any way to set it up to offer free shipping but still charge a handling charge?
