Jim; What were the known issues you fixed?

Despite our hosts efforts we are still not getting stats (under the Reports tab) with this new ShopSite Pro feature.

Is anyone else getting stats?

I am very glad ShopSite Pro finally includes an abandoned cart recovery feature even though it is very basic, it's a beginning.

Can the Abandoned Cart popup be used to allow opt-in to our eNewsletter list?

If the shopping cart customer finalizes before the first email is sent or before the second ...

Is it possible to have the first email sent within X minutes of detecting an abandoned cart? Currently the "Send abandoned cart emails" setting allows only a selection between 1-99 days.

Exactly how is this feature implemented?

Does it work with any customized shopping cart page designs?

I've got two custom checkout fields that currently present like this:

I would like the two fields to present like this:

How do I do that?

PayPal recommends that the 'Contact Telephone Number' option be turned off.

Although it is occasionally necessary to contact a customer, I wonder if requiring a phone number negatively affects the placement of orders.

I am curious if ShopSite works well with Mac systems?

What Mac-based product db, inventory and order processing software is being used with ShopSite?

I have read that for a website to be mobile readable that it must use XHTML-MP code conventions.

Jim; Any update on why the Wishlist isn't working and how to fix?

Jim; I reached out to Lexiconn and they fixed something in settings that allowed the [Add to Cart] image to appear.

They sent a message, perhaps to you, about the Wish List not working.

I just installed the ShopSite Ecommerce WordPress Plugin in the first post here: http://www.audiobooksonline.com/wordpress/

The plugin presents fine except for two items.

1. The Add to Cart button shows as text, not the image it should be. The text add-cd-to-cart-red.jpg is clickable however.

In the Commerce Setup --> Select and Configure Tax Type and Rates --> Compute taxes on taxable products and: we have the shipping option checked.

Only ZIP codes for Vermont are taxable.
