Hi.

I wonder if someone could tell me how to delete the symbolic links and folders that contain them.

Normal ftp does not do the trick.

I have tried to find out but have had no luck.

I have deleted all the existing files that I could ( I could not delete the `LINK`files/folders) and re-installed again from scratch, creating new directories.

The editor is now working.

I suspect some of the old folders and links within those folders must have been causing a ...

Just an update.

I compared the cgi SS folder with our other sites, and these files are missing in the SS folder of the site that is causing a prolem.

I have had to reinstall a site but the html editor has stopped working.

(The installation program did warn me that the site already existed and that I would loose it)

I had to change the install paths to the CGI`s for the re-install and wonder if that has something to do with it.

We currently have 4 sites running and would like to copy the shipping matrix from one site to another.

The reason being there are 8 columns and 40 rows and it would be great if I could download that table and copy to another site.

Is it accessible?

I have just upgraded to V10 so that we can take UK Maestro cards and it is causing havoc.

For some reason even though the customer selects Meastro from the drop down box, Mastercard is being sent to Protx our payment processor.

I did check that out, but did not wish to find out later that somewhere it was hard coded in, and our cart would fail when they change the IPs.

Protx is upgrading June 29th, and just need to check that the IP address is not hard coded into shopsite.
